The Buckeye Papers include Shan and Linda’s discussions about the origins of COVID-19 in relation to a paper they would later publish titled: No credible evidence supporting claims of the laboratory engineering of SARS-CoV-2. The Buckeye Paper emails clearly show none of the authors of that publication really believed there was “no credible evidence”. The emails also show how Shan and Linda collaborated with with professors from other U.S. Universities, Peter Daszac, and the EcoHealth Alliance to publish this paper. Their published paper is available below:

First we will start with the title of the paper, since that is where they started. They titled the paper before most of all the other discussion in the public records.

Earlier on February 11th, 2020 Shan Lu (from UMass) sends an email after his phone call with Shan-Lu Lui (From Ohio State). This shows they hadn’t even started writing any details or “science” before they had decided on a title, it also seems they wanted to keep it as undetailed as possible to slow down unwanted research. But more importantly, they say they do not want to “appear that they are defending Ralph even though he did nothing wrong”.

So who is Ralph? Ralph Baric of course, who has been doing “risky bat-virus engineering that links America to Wuhan” at the Wuhan Institute of Virology since at least 2013. Baric is also a professor at UNC.

That same day Lishan Su from UNC shared his concerns about the HIV inserts that were mysteriously discovered with no viral lineage in COVID-19, an clear sign of lab manipulation and Gain-Of-Function (GOF) research as is later discussed in the documents.

The next day February 12th, 2020 Linda recommends adding Stan and Peter Daszak listed as experts on the paper, (but maybe not). Stan and Peter were not mentioned as experts on the final publication for reasons (NIH admits US funded gain-of-function in Wuhan — despite Fauci’s denials) everyone reading this is likely already aware of.

Now keep in mind these people published a paper claiming there was no evidence COVID could have been created in a lab and leaked. On February 14th, 2020 Lishan Su asked Shan-Lu (From OSU) if it was true their colleague had been infected with “sars2” in the lab. Shan-Lu confirms this was true and that his colleague was infected with “sars2” in the lab sometime prior to February 14th, 2020.

Shan Lu from UMass then proceeded to share their concern about the possibility of SARS-2 infection by lab workers. he even admits lab leaks could be a “big issue”. He then admits he and his lab were doing live SARS work.

A couple days later on February 21st, 2020 Susan Weiss from UPenn sends a concern that “maybe too late to add to the paper” but admits their explanation of possible precursors for COVID-19 do not make sense when they do not have the Furin Cleavage Site. Susan even admits she finds it “hard to imagine” how the sequence that surrounds the Furin Cleavage Site even got into the spike when it has never been seen in SARS or any other bat viruses.

It’s hard to believe Susan is not playing dumb here. As you may already know “The presence in SARS-CoV-2 of a 19-nucleotide RNA sequence encoding an Furin Cleavage Site (FCS) at amino acid 681 of its spike protein with 100% identity to the reverse complement of a proprietary MSH3 mRNA sequence is highly unusual. Potential explanations for this correlation should be further investigated.” as this study concluded:

Later that morning Susan told Shan-Lu she remains concerned about the insertion of the Furin Cleavage site.

Later that morning Shan-Lu writes back that he completely agrees with Susan’s confirms and that “rumor says that furin site may be engineered”. Susan replies by saying she has been thinking of other possible hypothesis to explain where the FCS came from because she would “hate to think to was engineered”, despite that fact these people’s job is literally engineering these things with tax dollars. She says its “frightening to think it may have been engineered”.

The 100% identical proprietary MSH3 mRNA sequence which contain the Furin Cleavage Site can be found on the patent below which is a a patent from 2017 which relates to possible cancer vaccines. In other words the only other place the identical FCS was found previously in nature or otherwise is here. Please draw your own conclusions from this information.

Later that day Susan asks if they can consider “gain of function” a “loss of function”.
